Highly skilled U.S. personnel improve regional unit and individual combat skills and humanitarian capabilities. Here U.S. Army Special Forces teach FN/FAL rifle marksmanship to Republic of the Solomon Islands National Reconnaissance and Surveillance Force personnel.
