The
second part of the FTX phase was force-on-force maneuvers. These included
a ROK Army Corps-level force-on-force exercise, a combined ROK-U.S.
battalion task force-level force-on-force exercise, combined amphibious
operations, and combined fixed wing air support. Throughout both parts,
all units conducted integrated training that demonstrated the joint
and combined nature of the defense of the ROK.
