FOAL EAGLE 2000 was a Republic of Korea-U.S. Combined Forces Command (ROK-US CFC) Field Training Exercise (FTX) involving over half a million service men and women of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Armed Forces, and over 25,000 soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen from the U.S. It was conducted from 25 October to 3 November 2000 in numerous places throughout the ROK.
