Exercise COOPERATION
AFLOAT READINESS AND TRAINING (CARAT) 2001 brought naval forces
of Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and the
U.S. together for a series of bilateral exercises. A U.S.
