Capt. Doan Duc Dau of Vietnam and Capt. Richard Gonzalez, U.S. Navy, celebrate the continued partnership between the Singapore-based U.S. Naval Regional Contracting Center and the partly Vietnamese government-controlled Northern Service Flight Company. For 10 years, the company has supported efforts to account for U.S. personnel missing in action during the Vietnam War. It continues to provide contract helicopter support to the Hanoi-based Detachment 2 of Joint Task Force-Full Accounting (JTF-FA). JTF-FA is responsible for similar U.S. recovery operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
