Cooperation in Pacific Airlift Rally

The 16 participants were Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, France (FANC -French Armed Forces in New Caledonia), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and the United States. While only certain countries brought aircraft to participate in the field training exercise, all participants took part in the command post exercise.

The command post exercise examined the processes needed to develop effective and sustainable coalition humanitarian airlift operations. The field training exercise involved a disaster relief scenario on two islands north of Guam — Tinian and Saipan. The two exercises ran concurrently in support of the same scenario.

Airlift pilots and planners from 16 countries participated in conducting PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY activities.
