Cooperation in Pacific Airlift Rally

Air forces from 16 countries participated in the third, multilateral airlift exercise called PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY. A Pacific nation hosts the event every two years. The United States’ 13th Air Force and 36th Air Base Wing at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, hosted the September rally.

The rally promotes interoperability for possible international cooperation or coalition operations during regional multinational humanitarian and disaster relief operations. This objective is achieved by operating together and exchanging humanitarian airlift, airland, and airdrop delivery techniques.
