The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force submarine rescue ship JDS Chihaya (ASR 403) lowers her 40-ton Deep Submergence Rescue Vehicle Angler Fish 2, with a Singapore Navy and U.S. Navy officer aboard. At 50 meters depth, the Angler Fish 2 mated with the Republic of Korea submarine ROKS Jung Woon (SS 067) to simulate a rescue from a disabled submarine.
