Multilateral Military Law Conference in Manila

Delegates from 27 countries gather in Manila, Philippines, for the 13th Annual International Military and Operations Law Conference. Two of the 17 flag officers attending included Vice Adm. David J. Shackleton (Australia) and Vice Adm. Walter Doran (U.S.). Two conference delegates are Ms. Leslie A. Chen (U.S.) and Col. Mohanti A. M. Peiris (Sri Lanka).

Work on legal issues was done in panels and workshops. Members of the War Crimes Panel answer questions from the floor. L to R: Col. Gennady Zolotukhin (Russia), accompanied by Ms. Eugeniya Surkova.

Japan - U.S. Teamwork in Exercise COPE NORTH

The Republic of Korea commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the start of the 1950-53 Korean War that devastated the country.
