Conference in Manila


Delegates from 27 countries gather in Manila, Philippines, for the 13th Annual International Military and Operations Law Conference.


Two of the 17 flag officers attending included Vice Adm. David J. Shackleton (Australia) and Vice Adm. Walter Doran (U.S.).


Two conference delegates are Ms. Leslie A. Chen (U.S.) and Col. Mohanti A. M. Peiris (Sri Lanka).
