Members
of the Royal Australian Navy Clearance Divers and the EOD specialists
of the Royal Australian Air Force represented Australia. Singapores
team was from the Republic of Singapore Navy Diving Unit. The U.S. participants
were U.S. Navy EOD Mobile Units Three and Five and U.S. Air Force EOD
Detachment 36. U.S. Navy Helicopter Squadron Five provided air transport
and ground security was provided by U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Platoon of
the 2nd FAST Company, both units based in Japan.
